You'll know if this is you:
You sit at a desk, or in a chair, most of the day. You have back, hip, or shoulder pain. Your neck is sore, you get tension headaches. You look like you're hunched over a computer even when you're walking down the street. Maybe your digestion isn't so good, or you just get the feeling that things are falling apart, shrinking, sagging, or that things are not where they used to be. You're not what one would call "athletic". Maybe you identify a little too strongly with Comic Book Guy, or know what IpSec stands for. Maybe you're freaked out by gyms or big classes, you hate the idea of fitness, or, you'd like to work out but you dont know what to try, or where to start.
Maybe today you looked up from your desk and realized you haven't really moved around regularly since high school, and started searching for a solution.

That's where I come in. I'm the person people come to when they've lost connection with their bodies. Due to the demands of work, school, family, home, commute, and fast paced city living, they've become all work and no physical play.
Personal Training isn't just for fitness freaks and hardbodies, it's for normal people who, for whatever reason, have lost connection to their bodies, and need to find a way back in... And it's for brainy people, smart enough to know that until we develop the technology to transplant your brain into a robot, your body is the only one you've got.

Most of us dont have a lot of time to wander around at the gym trying to figure out which workout is right for us, or spend months working out without seeing results.
I design personal sessions based around your schedule, your interests, and your specific body needs. (See - systems! We like systems.)

I can also provide assistance with nutrition and stress management.

We will not be working out in a big gym, but a small, private studio in SOMA, or I can come to you for an additional fee.
